Overview
The "Find Your Style" campaign was new to the 2018 line-up. Rather than focussing on traditional holidays and price-points, the campaign resolved around inspiring others to find their own unique style. This campaign ran for only two weeks and became one of the most successful social campaigns to-date for the company.
Objective
Drive in-store and online purchase as well as increase brand awareness.
Strategy
Design creative that inspired users to find their own unique style.
Utilize full-screen immersive experience tools to incite users to explore current trends and products, and ultimately make a purchase conversion.
Drive in-store and online purchases by creating Facebook and Instagram ads that are optimized towards conversions and targeting high-value online customers by creating lookalike audiences from high-value web customers transaction data.
Increase store-visits by creating Facebook and Instagram ads that use geo-targeting to give nearby consumers directions to the nearest store location.
Increase brand awareness among local and non-local key markets throughout the United States by creating Facebook and Instagram campaigns that are optimized towards brand awareness, reach, and view views and targeting these ads based on interests, demographic, and behavioral data.
Results
Accumulated over 1M impressions and 4.4K clicks in 14 days.
Using match-back analysis, Facebook and Instagram delivered approximately $90.7K web and $448K offline assisted conversions.

Presidents' Day Campaign
Overview
This campaign ran over the course of 3 weeks during the company’s Presidents’ Day event. The social media strategy included a paid Facebook and Instagram advertising component that I designed and executed.
Objective
Drive in-store and online purchase as well as increase brand awareness.

Create engaging content that followers Facebook best practices.

According to geo-tracking Facebook information, ads drove 2.5K store visits.

National Western Stock Show Ticket Sweepstakes
Overview
Ran a successful Facebook contest to promote the company’s community involvement and the upcoming National Western Stock Show. Entrants simply had to answer a trivia question for a chance to win free tickets to the event. The contest ran for about 3 weeks prior to the start of the event.
Objective
Increase awareness of community involvement and event.
Strategy
Post trivia questions to drive engagement and obtain entries.
Winners were asked to claim their tickets in-store in order to create or foster brand loyalty and drive in-store sales.
Winners were also asked to take a photo with their prize with the purpose of sharing their picture on social media to further drive engagement.
Results
Reached over 66K unique people with 15 Facebook posts
Gained over 1.5K Entries and 2K Engagements
Organic Content
Overview
Develop organic content to support business initiatives and to drive social engagement, website traffic, brand awareness, and conversions among Facebook users.
Strategy
Create monthly content calendars.
Follow Facebook best practices when designing and publishing content.
Have a wide mix of content to keep user’s engaged.
Post content at optimal times throughout the week to ensure maximum reach and engagement.
Results
Help develop a Facebook community of over 257K followers.
Sustained a 42% increase in followers MoM over the course of 1 year.
