I’m LaRae Richards, a marketing professional with over 12 years of experience helping organizations grow through thoughtful strategy, paid media, and data-driven decision-making. My work lives at the intersection of creativity and analytics—bringing structure to complexity and turning marketing performance into something clear, actionable, and meaningful.

Throughout my career, I’ve worked across B2C, B2B, nonprofit (501(c)3), and e-commerce organizations, leading initiatives in demand generation, paid media, and cross-channel growth strategy. I’m most engaged when I’m connecting the dots between business goals and marketing execution—ensuring that every campaign has both intention and measurable impact.

I hold a Master’s degree in Business and Marketing Data Analytics and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing. That foundation shaped how I approach my work today: with curiosity, rigor, and a deep respect for both the art and science of marketing. I’ve spent years building and refining reporting systems, conducting marketing research, and applying predictive analytics to help teams better understand what’s working—and why.

A consistent thread throughout my work has been translating complexity into clarity. I enjoy making data accessible to a wide range of stakeholders, from technical teams to executive leadership, and helping organizations move from instinct-driven decisions to insight-led strategy without losing the human side of marketing.

At a higher level, I care deeply about building marketing systems that are both effective and sustainable—ones that create alignment across teams, improve performance over time, and support long-term growth rather than short-term wins.

Outside of work, I find balance in simple things: exploring Colorado, baking for nonprofit causes, working on home projects, and spending time with my pets, Nero, Tato, and Faith.
