The Results

The "Find Your Style" campaign was new to the 2018 line-up. Rather than focusing on traditional holidays and price-points, the campaign resolved around inspiring others to find their own unique style. This campaign ran for only two weeks and became one of the most successful social campaigns to-date for the company. 

Strategy

  • Design creative that inspired users to find their own unique style. 

  • Utilize full-screen immersive experience tools to incite users to explore current trends and products, and ultimately make a purchase conversion.

  • Drive in-store and online purchases by creating Facebook and Instagram ads that are optimized towards conversions and targeting high-value online customers by creating lookalike audiences from high-value web customers transaction data.

  • Increase store-visits by creating Facebook and Instagram ads that use geo-targeting to give nearby consumers directions to the nearest store location.

  • Increase brand awareness among local and non-local key markets throughout the United States by creating Facebook and Instagram campaigns that are optimized towards brand awareness, reach, and view views and targeting these ads based on interests, demographic, and behavioral data.

Over a 14-day period, the campaign generated over 1M impressions and 4.4K clicks, driving strong upper-funnel visibility and engagement at scale.

Through match-back analysis, Facebook and Instagram were shown to influence approximately $90.7K in online revenue and $448K in offline assisted conversions, reinforcing meaningful impact across both digital and in-store outcomes.

Overall performance delivered an average ROAS of $81.58, reflecting highly efficient media investment and strong return across the full funnel.
